Insomnia
As you probably already know, insomnia is a sleep disorder characterized by difficulty falling or staying asleep, leading to daytime tiredness, irritability, and lack of concentration. You may have problems falling asleep, spending long periods awake at night, waking up multiple times during the night or waking up early in the morning and being unable to go back to sleep.
Difficulties in sleeping may occur sporadically without causing significant impairment. For some individuals, however, insomnia can persist for extended periods, ranging from several months to several years, and may profoundly impact their quality of life.
It has been proven that hypnotherapy effectively treats sleep disorders such as insomnia by calming the mind and addressing the underlying stress and anxiety that often leads to insomnia.
After attending my hypnotherapy sessions, my clients have reported a significant improvement in their sleep patterns. They no longer experience anxiety while trying to sleep or during their evening routine. For instance, one of my previous clients, Anna, shared that she no longer feels nervous or anxious in the evenings and can fall asleep within minutes.
